Welcome to Simply Scrumptious!

I'm Liz and I home bake and hand decorate every one of Simply Scrumptious' delightful little cupcakes and large cakes using organic and locally-sourced ingredients from my kitchen in Eccleshall, Staffordshire.

I offer a bespoke service, baking delicious cakes and cupcakes in small batches to guarantee their freshness and to ensure they are simply scrumptious every time.

I also teach a range of baking and decorating classes for all abilities.

At Simply Scrumptious Cupcakes, quality ingredients are of utmost importance. I only ever use free-range eggs, and source British, organic and and Fairtrade ingredients wherever possible. The hard working Simply Scrumptious Cupcakes oven is powered by renewable energy and our aim it to have fully compostable packaging by the end of the year.

I also teach a range of classes, so you too can perfect that perfect swirl and make your bakes simply scrumptious too!
