When do I pay?

For large or complex orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in advance ( full T&C here)

What size are your cupcakes?

Size does matter! We use the more generous american-sizes cupcake cases for all of our Standard Cupcakes, so you get more cupcake for your money. and a better balance of sponge to buttercream.

Teeny Tiny Cupcakes are a perfect bitesize (approx 2in high) ,

Standard Buttercream Rose Cakes, Naked and Drip Cakes measure 8 inches and serve 24 people. 6 inch cakes serve 14 people. These are three layers of sponge, extra tall have 4 layers of sponge.

Giant Cupcakes serve 20-25 people (approx 7in diameter, 8in high).

How long do the cupcakes last?

We want you to enjoy our cupcakes at their best, so bake each batch to order. They're best enjoyed on the day of purchase, but will keep for 3 days, sometimes longer, if stored in a cool place in an airtight container. The only trouble we've found is trying to resist!

The giant cupcakes and large cakes are best eaten withing 5 days.

How should I store them?

The best place to store cupcakes is in the box they come in. Keep them in a cool place, but not the fridge. They keep longer in a cake tin or tuppaware but the moisture can sometimes make he decorations wilt slightly, and the cases to peel. For any cupcake with cream cheese frosting (such as Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Black Bottom), store in the fridge.

Tell us more about your ingredients

We use only the finest ingredients: from local fresh free range eggs; organic flour, sugar and butter; to Fairtrade cocoa. We're also a big fan of local farmers (across Staffordshire & Shropshire) and use their fruit and vegetables whenever we can in our cupcake recipes. See more here.

Do you cater for allergies?
